The Seamax Easy Load Boat Launch Wheel Set is designed by Seamax Canada, made with the toughest marine grade T6 aluminum alloy, with CNC processing. All aluminum parts are covered with a shiny anodized coating. The product is suitable for use in salt water; the small parts are all made of solid stainless steel.

Withstands a maximum load of 500 lbs in all conditions. Ideal for inflatable boats, aluminum boats and fiberglass boats.

This system is designed for boats with transom. The length of the boat must not exceed 16 feet and the total weight 500 lbs.

To properly install the wheelset, you must first drill 4 holes (5/16 “) in the transom for mounting. Additional bracing may be required on some aluminum transom. You can also use marine sealant We suggest the Sikaflex 291 or the 3M 5200.

The wheel arm length increment is 2.5 inches per stage, plus the wheel diameter. The length range is 22 to 28 inches.

Tire Inflation: The tires on the Dolly may not be fully inflated during shipment. Please only give pressure 15 – 20 PSI at room temperature before using. It is better to use a portable type digital air pump in case of overinflating the tires. An over-inflated tire can cause damage.

The tires are 12 inches in diameter and approximately 4 inches wide. They are made of automotive grade natural rubber reinforced with 4 ply that is resistant to UV rays, heat and salt water for up to ten years. To prevent loss of air, the inner tube is butyl, with a copper “L” air valve. The rim is reinforced nylon with a 1 “diameter hole for the non-bearing axle as this product is designed for marine use. These high quality marine tires and rims will give you many years of trouble free use .

Care: Wash in fresh water after use. Check the tire pressure before each use. Do not store wheels in direct sunlight or near heat to maximize their life. Remove the wheel arm from the transom bracket when stowing your boat. The spring carriage system must be lubricated. Keep the locking pin on the carriage bracket.
